Like can you tell me how old you are in each grade in England. I'm from America so i don't know. And also how how long middle school is like what grade goes to middle school.

In the US: Elementary School starts: 1st grade = 6-7 years old Middle School starts starts: 6th grade = 11-12 years old High School starts: 9th grade = 14-15 years old ends 12th Grade, age 18. In the UK: Primary School starts at age 4 with a sort of internal pre-school class, and starts properly at age 5 in "Year 1" Secondary School starts in year 7 at age 11 Secondary School ends in year 11 at age 16 Sixth form follows at ages 17 and 18, but is not compulsory. Sixth forms are often part of secondary schools, but are sometimes separate. So, in the UK, children starting Year 1 will be 5, and most will be 6 by the time they finish.
