i heard all u need to do is buy a converter off apple? is this true. also what if i want to watch movies. how do i change the region code or whatever. many thanks guys and girls

You may not have to change the region code try doing a search of them on the internet and find the code for England. If you have a dvd player then it should be able to read movies from other countries with out having to change the code. If you do need to change it you should be able to find it under properties, REMEMBER you can only have the ability to change them about 4-6 times after that they are locked in and can not be changed after that
