My specialtiy in the college was software engineering, my work now is modeling , texturing, mapping for 3d games and sometimes I draw concept arts. I'm living in China. Could I successfully employed by English companies and work in England or any other British countries without a bachelor degree?

If you have good experience that should help you get a job but a bachelors would definitely help.
