Look for "Working Holiday Visa" the UK participates in it and I think that also Canada. So you might be able to live and work in the UK for up to 1 year, just call the UK Embassy and find out.

Why would you think that having a Canadian passport will allow you to live and work in England? Those two matters have no logical relationship whatsoever. Like anywhere else in the world, you will have to qualify to emigrate to the UK on the basis of education, experience and whether there is a demand for whatever skills you possess.
