its working in scotland but i think england will be the last place sony will want psn to work

Read their Blog!! There is really no exact date for when psn will be on for anyone in the world... But they are starting to do test on it so hopefully by this week :D and that was said by their last blog May 6

Psn is down cuz.hacker told information on all regions don't says.that.will ne up this week that I doubt but check there Twitter or Facebook or there site they.always .update
